You are organized, digitally savvy, and love variety? As an Executive Assistant (all genders) at gematik, you are at the heart of advancing the digital future of healthcare. Experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in Digital Health, is important to successfully meet the specific challenges and requirements of this industry.
Your Tasks
- Close contact with all central management topics, experiencing strategic decisions up close and prioritizing important external appearances. You gain exciting insights into collaboration with our stakeholders from the entire industry and are directly involved in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Support in coordinating projects, managing deadlines and tasks. Taking over and implementing your own projects.
- Creation of appealing presentations using modern tools to support management. Management of digital documents and databases.
- Handling emails, organizing video conferences, and using communication platforms for efficient internal and external communication.
- Support in preparing, conducting, and following up meetings and discussions to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration within the committees.
- Coordination of appointments and meetings as well as management of the management's calendar using digital tools. Accompanying meetings, conferences, and external appointments.
Your Profile
- Degree: Successfully completed training or a comparable qualification, supplemented by professional experience as an Executive Assistant in the healthcare sector, preferably with a focus on digitalization.
- Experience: Excellent organizational skills and strong knowledge in handling new media and Microsoft Office.
- Tool & Method Knowledge: Confident handling of new technologies and digital tools to optimally support management.
- Work Style: Sociability and excellent networking skills for maintaining relationships within and outside the company.
- Personality: You are a solution-oriented person who stays composed even in stressful situations. As a team player, you actively contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
- Language: You have very good German and English language skills in spoken and written form.
