Your Tasks

• You strategically conceptualize, manage, and expand communication networks in healthcare.
• You take responsibility for planning, organizing, implementing, and moderating trade fairs, congresses, and our digital events.
• You strategically develop new event formats and continuously optimize existing digital events.
• You support the coordination of events as well as appearances by the management and executive board of gematik.
• You manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including service providers and partners.
• You develop stories and content along the applications and topics of gematik.

Your Profile

• A completed university degree in communication sciences, media studies, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a comparable field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in event management, having independently planned, organized, and executed events. Coordination of agencies, service providers, and stakeholders is routine for you, as is handling complex communication processes.
• Experienced with project management tools and methodological competence – a structured, digital way of working is natural for you.
• You have an independent, proactive working style and a strong hands-on mentality.
• You are communicative, a genuine team player, and possess strong organizational skills.
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
