Your Tasks

• You strategically design, maintain, and expand communication networks in healthcare.
• You are responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and moderating trade fairs, congresses, and our digital events.
• You strategically develop new event formats and continuously optimize existing digital events.
• You support the coordination of events as well as the appearances of gematik's management and executive board.
• You manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including service providers and partners.
• You develop stories and content related to gematik’s applications and topics.

Your Profile

• Degree: You have a completed university degree in communication sciences, media studies, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a comparable field.
• Experience: You have at least 5 years of professional experience in event management and have independently planned, organized, and conducted events. Coordination of agencies, service providers, and stakeholders is second nature to you, as is handling complex communication processes.
• Tool and Method Knowledge: You work confidently with project management tools and bring methodological competence – a structured, digital way of working is natural to you.
• Working Style: You are characterized by an independent, proactive working style and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• Personality: You are communicative, a real team player, and possess strong organizational skills.
• Language: You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
