Your Working Area: Quality and Methods
The Quality and Methods department in Production promotes a strong quality awareness and supports the product teams at gematik in delivering high-quality specification releases. Tasks include requirements management, proofreading and editing technical documents, developing and enforcing quality standards, and preparing and publishing content tailored to target groups. Our goal is to sustainably secure and continuously improve quality – help us shape the future of telematics infrastructure!
Your Tasks
- You prepare document packages and ensure the consistency of high-quality specification sets.
- You are responsible for release and configuration management and ensure smooth processes.
- You ensure the quality of technical concepts, specifications, and documentation through review and optimization.
- You take on proofreading and editing technical documents to guarantee the highest standards.
- You optimize processes and structures to ensure quality requirements in cross-functional, agile teams.

Your Profile
- Degree: You have completed studies in technology, natural or linguistic sciences, or have a comparable education.
- Experience: Ideally, you have knowledge in configuration management, quality management, process management, or project management.
- Tool and Method Knowledge: You are proficient in MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and tools for quality and release management.
- Working Style: You have good technical understanding and willingness to engage in complex technical contexts.
- Personality: You have a pronounced analytical thinking ability and high quality standards.
- Language: You have very good German and English skills written and spoken.
