• You are jointly responsible with two colleagues for bookkeeping (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and asset accounting).
• You ensure accounting according to HGB and bylaws and perform quarterly and annual financial statement activities.
• You are responsible for handling all tax matters, prepare the monthly VAT advance returns, and ensure timely fulfillment of payment obligations.
• You are the contact person for auditors, tax consultants, tax attorneys, and other authorities, including handling correspondence.
• You actively participate in internal departmental projects. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for optimizing processes in the course of digitization and help shape them.

• You have a successfully completed vocational training as a balance sheet accountant or are qualified as a tax specialist.
• You bring several years of professional experience as a balance sheet accountant / tax specialist or in a comparable position.
• You shine with your Oracle Netsuite and DATEV knowledge and ideally have experience with annual financial statements and HGB.
• Your work is characterized by a careful, independent, structured, and reliable approach.
• You are a strong communication team player with a high level of service orientation and integrity. You also convince with decisiveness and economic thinking.
• You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
