Your Work Area: Production

Your Tasks

• You actively and independently support the managers of various departments within production.
• You take on administrative, organizational, coordination, and communication tasks and actively contribute to optimizing internal processes.
• You independently plan meetings, training sessions, team events, workshops, and conferences.
• Depending on your prior experience, you will also co-manage various projects alongside the regular assistant tasks and committee work.
• You monitor project management tasks, follow up on orders and processes, independently handle special tasks, and communicate with our companies.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed your training or studies and are excited to apply your knowledge and skills while simultaneously learning new things.
• You have professional experience in the assistance area, committee work, and/or project management. Experience in the digitalization or healthcare sector is definitely an advantage.
• You are proficient in common MS Office applications. Ideally, you are familiar with digital tools like Jira and Confluence.
• You approach new tasks in a structured and organized manner. You always keep priorities in mind, know how to juggle many tasks simultaneously, and complete your assigned tasks carefully and with high-quality standards.
• You enjoy communicating with people from different interest groups and enjoy organizational tasks. You are open to new topics and are not afraid to ask questions if something is unclear.
• You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
