About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner focused on Engineering and Product hiring. You will own full-cycle recruiting, build strong pipelines, close difficult searches, and partner closely with hiring leaders. This role is Boston-based and hybrid; we are committed to building a Boston office and want someone excited to be part of it.

What you’ll do

  • Own full-cycle hiring across Engineering and Product, from first sourcing touch to signed offer
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to define role expectations and make fast, high-conviction decisions
  • Design and run creative sourcing campaigns to find overlooked talent
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, sharing market intel and keeping stakeholders aligned
  • Champion a high bar for talent in every search, conversation, and offer

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, primarily on technical roles
  • Deep fluency in engineering skill sets: backend, frontend, full-stack, ML/AI, data engineering, and DevOps
  • Experience recruiting Product roles and recognizing strong product thinking
  • Strong command of Ashby ATS, with focus on data integrity and analytics
  • Proven track record of closing senior and niche roles through outbound sourcing
  • A relationship style where hiring teams want your opinion and partnership
  • An obsession with talent density: raising bars and avoiding mediocre hires

  • You have strong familiarity with the NYC startup ecosystem and its talent networks
  • You are based in the Boston area and excited to work from an office
  • You are deeply interested in AI and recruiting technical roles at the intersection of AI, data, and product
  • You actively use AI tools in recruiting and have opinions on their effective use
  • You know Ashby well and lean on data-driven reporting for recruiting insights
