Responsibilities

• Data- and performance-driven conception, planning, and leadership implementation of all marketing measures
• Measurement of the effectiveness of marketing activities and KPIs to achieve continuous improvement of strategy and output
• Organization and building of the marketing team and related positions, e.g. web design
• Participation in company-wide strategic planning and expansion of considerations on the role of marketing in achieving growth goals
• Planning and controlling marketing budgets and resources, including managing external providers and agencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and project management skills
• Experience in leading and organizing teams
• High affinity for health topics
