Harmony My Life is a digital mental health product focused on preventive care and everyday mental wellbeing. We build an app that helps users start and maintain personalised mental health journeys through evidence-based exercises, self-help courses and guided support.

The couch:now platform has been discontinued and, as of February 3, 2026, the team is fully focused on the Harmony My Life app. The service is operated by the team behind E-Health Evolutions.
