Responsibilities

• Data and performance-driven conception, planning, and leadership of all marketing measures
• Measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities and KPIs to continuously improve strategy and output
• Organization and building of the marketing team and adjacent positions such as web design
• Participation in company-wide strategy planning and expanding considerations on the role of marketing in achieving growth goals
• Planning and controlling marketing budgets and resources, including management of external providers and agencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and project management skills
• Experienced in leading and organizing teams
• High affinity for health topics
