Caspar Health combines innovative technology with personal care in rehabilitation aftercare – for flexible, effective, and individualized therapy. Our platform is used in rehabilitation clinics across Germany and enables patients to seamlessly continue their aftercare digitally supported, scientifically based, and always with human accompaniment even after hospital stays.
As a UX/UI Designer, you'll be part of an interdisciplinary team working closely with our developers to shape and improve our patient-oriented web and mobile applications. You will actively contribute to the further development of our product – with space for ideas, rapid iterations, and bold experiments.
Your Challenges
- Design intuitive user interfaces for our mobile apps (iOS & Android) and web platform – aiming to create a great user experience for patients
- Work with Lean UX methods, develop prototypes, test hypotheses, and integrate direct user feedback quickly and pragmatically
- Improve designs based on user tests, qualitative insights, and data analyses continuously and data-based
- Be part of a cross-functional team working closely with developers, PMs, and other stakeholders transparently and on equal footing
- Maintain and develop our design system further, ensuring consistency across all platforms
- Actively use AI-assisted tools (e.g., generative AI like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in your design process and integrate them creatively into your workflow
- Believe that AI is an indispensable part of modern design processes
Your Profile
- Completed design studies with at least one year experience as a UX/UI Designer in software product development
- Native-level German language skills
- Experience in mobile design (iOS & Android) and web application design
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interface design best practices
- Curious, asks targeted questions, enjoys experimenting with tools and methods, and welcomes constructive feedback
