What To Expect

Caspar Health was founded in 2016 with a clear vision: To enable all people to have access to effective healthcare anytime and anywhere. We offer sustainable and recognized rehabilitation and prevention solutions through our platform and support patients with a highly qualified team of therapists, psychologists, and doctors.
Sales at Caspar Health is more than just sales – it is a direct lever for real impact in healthcare. We do not sell tools but help clinics, rehab centers, and patients to experience the care of tomorrow today.

At Caspar Health you will:

  • Take responsibility: You accompany your accounts from the first approach to long-term expansion – as a true partner at eye level.
  • Work closely: In the discovery phase, you receive full support from our Customer Success Team, which provides clinical expertise by your side.
  • Experience meaningful growth: You help to scale a business model with real relevance and actively change the healthcare sector.
  • Grow in a team: You work hand in hand with teams from product, marketing, and customer success. We focus on collaboration, not silos.

Ready to make sales matter?

If you want to rethink sales and change healthcare together with us, you are exactly right at Caspar Health and we look forward to welcoming you starting December 2025.

Your Challenges

In your role as Sales Manager at Caspar Health, you take commercial overall responsibility for defined clinic accounts and contribute to expanding our business. You holistically manage your accounts in close coordination with the Customer Success Team to recognize growth potentials early and consistently realize commercial opportunities.
Your tasks include:
  • New customer acquisition: You manage the entire sales process – from the first contact to closing. You identify and qualify potential clinic partners, conduct demos and presentations, develop compelling value propositions, and negotiate contracts at the decision-maker level.
  • Existing customer development: You further expand existing customer relationships (upselling, cross-selling), identify new growth potentials (additional locations, new service areas) in collaboration with the Customer Success Team, and independently conduct contract negotiations for adjustments or renewals.
  • Commercial responsibility: You manage the entire sales funnel in Salesforce, take part in forecasting, manage your revenues, margins, contracts, and maintain relevant KPIs regarding the sales cycle.
  • Regional presence: You take care of accounts in defined regions or segments, build local market knowledge, and show targeted presence in the field (e.g., congress visits, site presence).

Your Profile

You bring experience in B2B sales, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or digital health. If you recognize yourself in the following points, you are exactly right with us:
  • Sales competence and closing strength: You are confident in leading sales processes from initial contact to closing and negotiating at commercial and strategic levels. You confidently engage with medical, administrative, and commercial decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinking: You develop persuasive value arguments and are able to advise complex stakeholder structures.
  • Account responsibility: You have recognized potentials in the customer base in your career and further developed these specifically.
  • Collaboration and organization: You can work closely and solution-oriented with other teams, actively drive and coordinate internal alignment processes, and master CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) to manage your pipeline.
  • Structured working: You are highly self-organized, reliable, and goal-oriented, bring analytical understanding of KPIs and sales figures, and enjoy growth.
  • Additionally, you have a Class B driving license, speak fluent German, and feel comfortable in English.
