Caspar Health aims to provide all patients access to effective rehabilitation – independent of location, digitally supported and personally accompanied.
In our Caspar Clinic, we combine medical expertise with modern technology to support people holistically on their path to recovery. Our treatment approaches are based on medical standards in rehabilitation medicine – sound, structured and with demonstrable success. We work with evidence-based therapy plans using state-of-the-art technology and maintain regular communication with clinics, outpatient doctors, scientific institutions, and payers.
A key part of our work is providing our patients access to aftercare, which they otherwise might not be able to utilize due to distance or time constraints. We thus help ensure that people in remote regions or with limited access to rehabilitation services receive comprehensive support on their recovery journey.
To strengthen our interdisciplinary team, we are seeking a specialist physician in neurology – or an experienced physician with solid expertise in neurological rehabilitation.
You will be part of a motivated team of doctors, therapists, psychologists, and other health professionals. Together, we set new standards in digital healthcare.
Your Challenges
- You conduct telemedicine patient consultations as part of rehab aftercare (e.g., IRENA)
- You provide digital advice to patients on health topics around prevention and rehabilitation
- You design and conduct digital training formats like webinars for patients
- You share your knowledge internally – in the form of training sessions on medical focuses for the Caspar Clinic team
Your Profile
- Medical license – if qualified abroad, full recognition and professional permit in Germany
- You have completed specialist training in neurology or have comparable experience in neurological rehabilitation
- Knowledge in social medicine or rehabilitation medicine
- Ideally, you have further training in psychosomatic basic care
- Interest in digital applications in healthcare
- Enjoy digital communication and multimedia work
- A structured, empathetic, and team-oriented work style
- Openness to new care approaches and enthusiasm to actively shape digitalization in medicine
- Communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
- Additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, Turkish, Russian, or Spanish) are a plus
