We are now looking for you as a Customer Success Manager (all identities) in Baden-Württemberg! You will mainly serve clinics in the southwest of Germany and help optimize the use of our platform. Your focus will be on customer retention and building long-term relationships to ensure that our partner clinics fully leverage the potential of our digital solutions.

Your Challenges

  • You take responsibility for the care of inpatient and outpatient medical facilities in the Baden-Württemberg region and beyond.
  • You accompany the introduction of our platform on-site and remotely – independently and together with the entire Customer Success Manager team.
  • You prepare doctors, therapists, and other professionals specifically for the introduction of Caspar – through structured training sessions and workshops, both online and on-site.
  • You set clear goals together with the clinics and support them in implementing projects step by step in practice.
  • You carry out marketing activities directly at our partner clinics and help make Caspar Health better known.
  • You are the first point of contact for questions and problems and serve as a reliable contact person (1st level support).
  • You keep all customer data up to date to ensure smooth collaboration.

Your Profile

  • You bring experience from the healthcare sector – for example, as a therapist, in health economics, or in hospital management.
  • You enjoy traveling (about 2–3 days a week, regionally and occasionally supra-regionally) and personally support your clinics on-site.
  • You have a Class B driver's license – a company car is available to you.
  • You have experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace and are comfortable with digital tools.
  • You have independently planned and implemented projects – keeping an overview and managing your tasks reliably.
  • You present confidently, approach people openly, and communicate clearly and on equal footing.
