About the role
Join our Customer Service team (internally called Product Support) and contribute directly to our mission. As a Technical Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact supporting healthcare professionals daily.
Main responsibilities
- Support healthcare professionals: Answer phone calls and emails from healthcare professionals and resolve technical questions about our products.
- Diagnosis and resolution: Analyse technical issues (patient follow-up software, scheduling, teleconsultation, e-prescription, etc.) and find appropriate solutions.
- Follow-up: Track requests and ensure client satisfaction at every interaction.
- Product expertise: Become a reference contact for clients by mastering our solutions.

- Contract type: Permanent (CDI) – 38 hours/week
- Work arrangement: Eligible for hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 days remote)

Recruitment process
