Job description

The Technical Services team is expert in handling complex technical issues encountered during:
  • Technical Onboarding: initial deployment of a product for our users (configuration, tests, troubleshooting, commissioning)
  • Technical Support: when users encounter a technical problem with an already deployed product (diagnosis, root cause analysis, resolution)

During your first 6 months, success will be measured by your ability to learn our technical environment, successfully support your first clients on technical support topics, and take initial monitoring shifts of the deployed connector base.

  • Receive and qualify support requests from internal teams (L1 Support, Sales, Account Managers) or external contacts (enterprise clients, vendors, partners)

  • Maintain direct follow-up with our clients until complete resolution
  • Monitor deployed connectors and interfaces (using tools such as Datadog)
  • Detect, alert and resolve anomalies and incidents related to interoperability
General
  • Ensure proper handover of newly deployed connectors
  • Contribute to the technical training of our L1 Support teams
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s processes and tools
