Senior Legal Counsel
Doctolib is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel based in Amsterdam. This permanent role is part of the Finance & Legal team and will provide broad legal support to the business across commercial, regulatory and compliance matters.
About the team
The Finance & Legal team advises product, commercial and international teams on legal risk, compliance and contracts to support Doctolib's growth across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate and review commercial agreements and vendor contracts.
- Advise on data protection, regulatory and compliance matters.
- Support product and international projects from a legal perspective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risk.
Profile
- Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
- Several years of in-house or law firm experience, ideally with technology or healthcare-related companies.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
