Job description
The Technical Services team is expert at handling complex technical issues encountered during:
- Technical Onboarding: initial deployment of a product for our users (configuration, testing, troubleshooting, commissioning)
- Technical Support: when users experience a technical problem with an already deployed product (diagnosis, root cause analysis, resolution)
By joining the Technical Deployment team, you will become a technical reference for VoIP telephony integration topics for the Telephone Assistant product (SIP, SIP Trunk, Centrex, IPBX).
Your mission?
Provide world-class technical onboarding and support by owning end-to-end customer relationships on technically complex topics. You will bridge our users and our development teams, ensuring each healthcare facility can deploy and use Doctolib under the best conditions.
In your first 6 months, your success will be measured by your ability to ramp up on our technical environment and to successfully support your first clients with deployment and technical support issues.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
Technical Onboarding of the Telephone Assistant (deployment)
- Receive and qualify customer requests coming from internal teams (L1 Support, Sales, Account Managers) or external contacts (key accounts, partners)
- Support and guide contacts (customer, partner, IT department) in configuring their telephony solution
- Diagnose blocking technical malfunctions
- Propose and implement technical solutions to complete deployments, or escalate to internal development teams or external partners
- Document the technical solution implemented
- Maintain direct follow-up with customers until full resolution
General
- Contribute to technical training of our internal teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the team’s processes and tools
Required profile

You may be the next member of our team if you:
- Have strong analytical and investigation skills with an application integrated with third-party software
- Are an expert in telephony protocols (ToIP/VoIP, SIP Trunk, PABX, IPBX, Centrex)
- Have knowledge of infrastructure & networks (routing, VPN)
- Possess programming skills (reading source code, scripting, database queries)
- Can adapt communication to different interlocutors (technical, commercial, practitioners)
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience in IT services within a healthcare institution
- Experience resolving production system incidents
- Familiarity with monitoring/troubleshooting tools such as Datadog or Elastic
- Experience with a SaaS-deployed product

Recruitment process
- Interview with a recruiter
- Technical case study
- Presentation of the case study with 2 team members
- Interview with the hiring manager’s manager (N+2)
- At least one reference check
- Copy of your criminal record extract (B3)
Position details
- Contract: Permanent (CDI)
- Working time: Full Time
- Work location: Levallois-Perret or Nantes (France)
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Compensation: Fixed and variable based on objectives (to be defined according to profile)
- This position is eligible for partial remote work (2 days/week)
