Job description
Doctolib is looking for an Account Manager GP to join the team in our Milan office. As an Account Manager GP, you will be part of a team focused on onboarding and account management for general practitioners (GPs) on Doctolib.
In this role you will support the customer from initial implementation through to full product adoption, providing training, operational support and ensuring correct use of all product features. You will be responsible for the relationship with GPs through the whole lifecycle, including advanced usage phases, issue management and potential contract termination.
Key responsibilities:
- Onboarding: manage GP onboarding, coordinate implementation activities and initial training; ensure correct adoption of Doctolib product features.
- Account Management: provide ongoing support to customers in patient management and daily operational flows; monitor usage and satisfaction (NPS) and act quickly on issues; handle routine contractual requests with prompt and accurate responses; manage cancellation requests and implement retention actions to minimize churn; document activities and interactions in Salesforce to ensure traceability and data quality.
- Product and internal collaboration: stay up to date on product updates, promote feature usage and relay GP feedback to internal teams; collaborate with sales, customer support and technical support teams to ensure the best customer experience.

You could be an ideal candidate if you have:
- About 2 years of experience in customer-oriented roles such as customer service, client management, account management or customer support;
- A proactive and organized approach;
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find workarounds and creative solutions;
- A high degree of teamwork spirit;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
- Fluent Italian and intermediate English.
It would be a plus if you have experience in SaaS companies, motivation or experience in the healthcare sector, and prior use of Salesforce.
