As the (Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will drive our growth in the B2B market. You will manage complex go-to-market processes, secure strategic partners and develop new business models. You will be present operationally in the market and—acting as a sparring partner to the executive team—actively help shape 7Mind’s long-term B2B strategy.
Your Mission
You will take entrepreneurial responsibility for our B2B sales:
- Strategic go-to-market: You will own the sales funnel for our prevention offerings with a focus on health insurers and large B2B partners.
- Business development: You will develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new digital health solutions.
- Deal-making: You will confidently manage tenders and complex contract negotiations at decision-maker level.
- Market representation: You will be 7Mind’s face in the market, expand networks and represent us at industry events and expert talks.
- Stakeholder management: You will work closely with our prevention, product and marketing experts to translate market requirements into top-tier products.
Your Profile
You are an established sales professional who feels confident in regulated healthcare markets and sees complex structures as opportunities.
- Experience: At least 5 years of solid experience in business development or sales, ideally in digital health or the statutory health insurance sector (GKV).
- Track record: Proven success closing large-scale partnerships and ideally experience in tender management.
- Network: Well-connected within the German healthcare system and preferably already visible in the market.
- Communication: Negotiation expert, able to mediate between stakeholders and fluent in German (native level) and English.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, data-driven and passionate about making prevention modern and accessible.
