As Senior Manager:in Healthcare Partnerships & Projects, you play a key role in the marketing, further development, and support of our prevention offers.
Your focus is on collaboration with health insurance companies and B2B partners, from strategy through tendering to implementation.
Together with internal teams and external stakeholders, you actively shape how health is rethought in the digital age.
Your Mission
- You are responsible for the marketing and account management of our digital prevention offers with a focus on health insurance companies and B2B partners.
- You develop go-to-market concepts and implement them together with interdisciplinary teams.
- You accompany tenders, contract negotiations, and project implementations with partners from the healthcare sector.
- You represent 7Mind at events, panels, and industry meetings as an authentic ambassador for mental health.
- You work closely with our prevention & ZPP experts, strategic health insurance management (including Barmer), and colleagues from marketing, product, and management.
Your Story
- Completed studies, ideally with a psychological, medical, health science, business, or marketing background.
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare business development, sales, or project management.
- Proven success in marketing digital health or prevention offers.
- Understanding of digital go-to-market processes (B2B & B2C) and KPI-oriented work.
- First experience in dealing with health insurance companies, tenders, and health authorities.
- A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style, as well as joy in cooperation and dialogue.
- Very good German and English skills.
