In this role you will take on a central function in the support and further development of our existing partnerships. This is not a classic sales position: the focus is on account management, coordination and relationship management rather than active new customer acquisition. You will join an established partnership (focus: Barmer) and ensure it is managed professionally, reliably and in a collaborative way.
Your Mission
- Manage & develop: You steer the operational collaboration with our partner health insurer (Barmer) in day-to-day business.
- Act as interface: You are the central contact person for organizational topics and coordinate internally between Healthcare, Marketing and Product.
- Support & report: You support alignment meetings, prepare reporting and accompany joint initiatives.
- Strengthen relationships: You maintain and deepen trustful contacts with your counterparties on the insurer side.
- Ensure quality: You ensure smooth cooperation and high partner satisfaction through reliability and clarity.
Your Story
- Background: You bring initial professional experience in the healthcare, health insurer or public sector environment (e.g. with a health service provider, prevention provider or agency).
- Interest: You are passionate about health and prevention and enjoy working in the regulated environment of health insurers.
- Working style: You work in a structured, process-oriented way and enjoy coordinating complex interfaces.
- Presence: In exchanges with external partners you act confidently, professionally and empathetically.
- Language: You communicate in German at native speaker level; good English skills are a plus.
- Mindset: You are motivated to take on responsibility and to deepen your professional knowledge of the healthcare system.
