We are a fast-growing, remote first team that is just getting started. There are a lot of opportunities to shape the direction of the product from the start. You will work with world-class data scientists as advisors, and this role comes with the opportunity to grow into a senior/leadership position within the company.
Tasks
Conduct primary and secondary user research with our members and target users. This can involve early exploratory interviews, surveys, prototype and design testing and post launch validation. You will advocate research findings throughout Una in both written and oral presentations. Working closely with product, engineering and design your insights will help us build a product that has tremendous health impacts for our members.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- A good understanding of user research as a job
- Experience working with people and understanding their needs
- Ability to quickly and effectively share research results
- A degree in a relevant discipline such as Human/Computer Interaction, UX Research, Psychology, Digital Assets, Social Science, Anthropology or Digital Assets
