What you’ll be doing:
As a UI/UX designer you’ll be able to shape how better healthcare looks and feels for our medical staff and patients. You’ll
- Design the core UI & UX of our patient and doctor facing products and help us choose the best solutions on the market.
- Live the design process, from effective problem framing, through ideation, exploration and advanced prototyping, ending with user validated high-fidelity designs.
- Participate in all steps of the value creation process: observing users at the practice (User Research), defining problems and points of friction, exploring the potential solutions, testing both assumptions and solutions, then launching, followed by measuring success.
- Identify and solve user pain points as well as find new opportunities to create delightful interactions that will make users feel empowered and successful in using the product and exceeding their expectations.
- Help us elevate user patterns and flows, helping our doctors optimize their workflow, be efficient and provide better, modern & frictionless care for our patients.
- Distill abstract commercial concepts and consumer needs into smooth and impactful designs and experience.
- Drive the creative vision for the design team and ensure a stellar level of output across the team.
- Collaborate with customer facing teams to understand our users and the healthcare landscape.
- Validate your solutions with real users and customers, using qualitative methods. Measure the success of your decisions with the team and iterate when needed.
- Build the best design system of your life!
You’ll probably have
- 1 year of experience as a UI/UX designer.
- Good interaction design skills (either on desktop or mobile platforms), including prototyping.
- A passion for complex problem solving and visual communication.
- An aptitude for systems thinking and information architecture.
- A learning and growth mindset.
- Fun giving and receiving feedback.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ideally you live in Vienna or are willing to relocate to Vienna
- Bonus: German language, experience with B2C health apps, experience in healthcare 🙂

- Flexible work schedule with limited core hours. We care about output, not long hours.
- Flexible Fridays. Work or take the day off. Up to you, but strictly no internal meetings.
- Real weekends. We don’t expect you to do Monday’s work on Sunday night.
- Protected personal hours. You choose when you’re OOO, whether to do sports or pick up your kids. One of our co-founder, leaves work at 3.30 twice a week to pick up his kids and is unavailable daily between 6-8 pm for dinner/bedtime. He’ll sometimes catch up on emails later, but won’t expect responses or calls at night.
