We are hiring an energetic and ambitious Product Owner for our medical software products who’s ready to make an impact. You will have a key role in easee's small but growing product organization. Your main responsibilities are to:
- Maintain the short-term product backlog (next 2 to 3 sprints) by identifying, specifying and prioritizing new features, bugs, and improvements.
- Align the short-term roadmap with the long-term/strategic roadmap, together with the product manager.
- Provide clarity and day-to-day guidance to the software development team.
- Coordinate with the Commercial and Operations teams for partner requests and feedback.
- Be a go-to person for product knowledge for the organization.
Who are we looking for?
As a Product Owner, you need to be analytical, be a great communicator, have a clear vision, and work well with other persons and departments. We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of professional experience who ticks the following boxes:
- You have previously owned and managed the product roadmap of a SaaS and/or medical solution.
- You are able to shape complex requirements into actionable work items.
- You carefully balance and manage stakeholder needs and expectations.
- You have a self-starter personality and a passion for delivery.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and you are fluent in English.
- Experience with medical devices and CE / FDA approval processes is considered a plus.
