WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
- Build trusted relationships with our existing and prospective research customers and partners for long term collaboration and growth across all levels
- Be the first point of contact for all our customer needs and deliver end to end projects from development to execution
- Develop solutions to complex real-world evidence questions, advise on study design and methods, prepare use-cases and lead high quality client presentations
- Engage with epidemiologists, biostatisticians, health economists and other researchers within the clients organisations to demonstrate the power and versatility of Honic
- Work collaboratively together with our cross-functional teams including the product, customer and development department to create and develop our data user strategy

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- Degree in a quantitative and/or medical discipline, preferably in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, (bio) medicine, biology or any related field
- Several years of relevant professional experience in basic epidemiological and biostatistical principles for medical research
- Experience with real world evidence and real world data
- Knowledge of delivering analytical products or services to medical customers
- Excellent oral, written communication skills in German and English
Preferred
- Strong relationship building/interpersonal skills
- Hands on mentality to solve client business needs, while always seeing the big picture
- Consulting experience
