YOUR ROLE

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for our overall marketing strategy, prepare and lead the demand generation for our AI-based screening services in new markets and ensuring we get our message out to our target audience and eligible women in the best way possible.

Your main responsibilities will include: 
  • Develop a profound marketing strategy for each of our new markets (Mexico, Egypt, India, US), and then find local agencies which support us in the execution.
  • Develop, plan and execute our marketing strategy in line with our ambitious growth and business objectives.  
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audience in different countries and make channel mix decisions that maximise our reach (B2B & B2C).
  • Develop a consistent brand strategy taking into acount the different requirements of our target markets. 
  • Be responsible for the overall marketing budgets as well as for the allocation to multiple international markets and manage multiple performance marketing channels. 
  • Measure, analyze and report marketing campaign performance and orchestrate our country specific marketing campaigns working closely with our agencies.
  • Work closely with multiple country specific teams; lead all respective marketing activities and transfer knowledge and learnings to other markets. 
  • Own marketing analytics and reportings, analyze marketing campaigns and create substantial forecasts.

YOUR PROFILE

Preferred qualifications:
  • BA/BS in business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience within the software, technology or healthcare space.
  • Previous experience in (digital) marketing, branding, sales, business development, strategic partnerships (or equivalent). 
  • Deep understanding of best practices in marketing and demand generation B2C/B2B and marketing automation & tools.
  • Very structured, organized, reliable and curious to learn.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, willingness to take responsibility, high ambition and the ability to achieve goals collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (DE/EN) and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
