We are looking for a Program/Project Management Intern to join the Strategy & Operations Team. Our Strategy & Operations Team is central to translating Ada’s compelling vision into executable strategies and driving progress and performance. The Team is focused on high-impact areas and is recognised for building organisational alignment, integrating processes and affecting change.
As an intern, you will work very closely for a fast-paced business critical program, supporting its implementation and design. You will work closely with the Program Leadership and get exposure to several teams across the organisation, as well as external clients and stakeholders, making sure to assimilate different inputs and prepare these for decision-making.
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Analyse, structure and interpret inputs to evolve current strategic thinking
- Support a fast-paced business critical, cross-functional program at all levels across the organisation
- Translate strategic direction into manageable call to action for teams
- Coordinate several stakeholders to ensure successful program completion

- Assist in steering workshops and contribute to presentations and reports for our management
- Support Governance and Reporting processes to drive operational performance (and tracking of KPIs)
- Proactively work closely and effectively with every level of the organisation to ensure progress and deliver quality; everyone from the Executives to our Teams
- Grow our business by developing and implementing your own ideas to improve our daily work
WHAT YOU WILL BRING :
- Completed bachelor’s degree or ongoing/completed master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Law, Medicine or similar from a renowned university with excellent results
- First relevant experience from strategy/management consulting, high-profile corporates, fast-paced (tech) start-ups and/or digital strategy departments
- Preferably, previous experience in Operations, Project Management and/or Strategy
- An outstanding analytical, operational, creative and storylining skills, with robust ability to structure data in a way that facilitates decision making
- Attention to detail and ability to extract insights from several sources of information
- Strong team spirit and hands-on mentality, you are not intimidated by complex problems and are very pragmatic when it comes to solving them
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, German skills are a valuable plus
- Very good business software skills (e.g. Microsoft, Google Workspace)
