We are seeking a dedicated individual for a role that centers around Provet Cloud, our cloud-based veterinary practice management software (https://www.provet.cloud/). Provet Cloud is designed to help veterinary practitioners save time so they can devote more attention to caring for their patients and to make managing a veterinary practice more efficient and simpler. It offers features for appointment scheduling, electronic medical records, inventory management, billing, and communication within the veterinary team. 

We’re now looking for a Product Specialist to support our growth. The Product Specialist that we look for is an industry expert now focused on product development, using their training and knowledge as a domain-specific professional to ensure our products and features are built with the clearest possible understanding of the customer experience. The Product Specialist plays a key role in helping our company remain competitive in the market by working closely with researchers to uncover better insights into how our product is used and with product teams to ensure that development efforts comprehensively address customer needs and market requirements.

Additionally, the Product Specialist uses their deep understanding of the veterinary industry and of the features, functionality, and capabilities of the company's product offerings to help train internal teams and external partners and customers on the product's features and benefits.

For this role, we are only proceeding with candidates with a Veterinary degree and previous experience working in a clinical role. Maybe you’ve also worked in a fast growing, global SaaS company?
