About the role
We’re looking for a highly experienced PM to own and develop some of our most strategic products: the core tools that guide employees, employers, and brokers.
You will be responsible for building the key experiences that guide users to their perfect plan and empower clients with strategic insights. This role demands a rare blend of world-class UX intuition and deep technical rigor. You will own the entire end-to-end product, translating complex insurance logic, compliance, and AI capabilities into a simple, elegant, "sales-powering" and value-driven user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Translate company vision and business goals into a clear product strategy and actionable roadmap for our core decision-support tools.
- Ship end-to-end: Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery and research 12 to sharp, actionable specs 12 to launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Own the complexity: Master and define the requirements for the "backend" of the experience, including complex insurance logic, compliance constraints, data models, and AI/LLM orchestration.
- Build for the user: Translate that deep complexity into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy user experiences that drive action.
- Collaborate tightly with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, and Sales to build, launch, and scale your products.
- Drive to action: Lead through influence, communicate crisply, and do what's needed to move the company's strategic goals forward.
Who you are
- Have 5+ years in product management with a proven track record of shipping complex, end-to-end products in a SaaS environment.
- Customer-obsessed and UX-savvy: You have strong product-design instincts and understand the psychology of building user trust.
- Tech-oriented with a strong analytical mindset: You are savvy in understanding and defining requirements for complex logic and data-driven systems.
- A "doer" with a bias for action: You plan well, have high attention to detail, and maintain a high bar for quality.
- System-level thinker: You can navigate ambiguity and complexity (technical, legal, and business) and organize it into a clear plan.
- Excellent communicator: You can translate strategy to engineers and complex logic to stakeholders.
Bonus points
- Hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific field from a leading institution.
- Equivalent experience from a technological army unit or from a hands-on technical role (e.g., software developer, data scientist, data analyst).
- Direct experience building AI, ML, or LLM-powered products.
- Experience in healthtech, insurtech, or the employee benefits space.
