Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of talented full stack developers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and technical direction
- Own and deliver end-to-end features across the stack using modern tools and frameworks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Operations to ship scalable, user-focused features
- Shape development standards and improve engineering processes to support team growth and velocity
- Roll up your sleeves and code—this is a leadership role with technical ownership
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead, in addition to hands-on full stack development experience
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript, NestJS, NextJS, and PostgreSQL
- A passion for clean code, performance, and building impactful products
- Proven ability to grow, inspire, and organize a team in a startup or high-paced environment
- Bonus: Experience in insurtech, fintech, or healthtech
