Account Executive
Zorro is looking for a results oriented, entrepreneurial-minded Account Executive to join our growing Commercial Team. You will focus on creating a pipeline of qualified benefits brokers, identifying new client opportunities, building quotes, advising on plan design strategies, leading demos and meetings, managing a high-velocity sales cycle, and helping the team further our mission of making health insurance easier to access and afford through ICHRA.

Who you are
Qualifications and skills:
- 5-8 years experience in sales or business development, preferably in the insurance or benefits industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving revenue targets
- Ability to articulate a compelling value proposition to senior leaders
- Advanced analytical skills for running complex quotes and evaluating health benefits options
- Proficiency in sales technology tools (HubSpot preferred)
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel, as needed
The extras
Preferred experience:
- Experience working with ICHRA or other health benefits
- Knowledge of the insurance brokerage industry
- A deep understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
