Our Singapore-based team is small; in other words, an agile, hands-on attitude is required, and big boots are to be filled.
We are now seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Commercial Director, South East Asia, to advance and expand the adoption of our disease risk detection test in the healthcare industry in South East Asia. You will be closely working with our partner, Pathology Asia, and local commercial teams in South East Asia. The role will preferably be based in Singapore.
Roles and Responsibilities
As Commercial Director, you will work closely with our partner’s sales team to meet clients i.e., healthcare, health insurance, and wellness providers. You will fluently convince medical, operative, and business professionals about the value of our offering. You will have the ultimate responsibility for:
- Implementing required sales and marketing activities
- Bringing in revenue numbers in the SEA region
- Together with Nightingale’s group management and partner’s commercial management, defining the optimal growth strategy and product fit for the existing market (such as health screenings)
- Providing local support for the partner’s commercial team with substance matters related to Nightingale’s offering. In addition to the Nightingale Health Singapore team, you will also be supported by the Nightingale Health Helsinki team
- Together with the partner’s commercial team: fine-tuning sales message and materials to fit local needs, prospecting clients, meeting and convincing the clients, closing the deals
Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree or equivalent in any relevant field
- More than 5 years of experience in commercial roles in healthcare, health technology, or similar providers
- Target-driven entrepreneurial mindset to find solutions rather than problems to reach and exceed goals
- Proven closing skills
- Interest and capabilities to do everyday work with customers and prospects, and the ability to understand and develop commercial strategies
- Excellent social, people, and communication skills
- Motivation to work as a pioneer in the health industry and ready to constantly adapt and improve strategies and ways of working to find optimal growth opportunities
