Your tasks
- Cold calling: You contact potential customers daily by phone, email & LinkedIn and make them aware of our offer.
- Targeted approach: You identify decision-makers and find the right arguments to pique their interest.
- Appointment scheduling: You convince potential customers and secure qualified appointments for our sales team and management.
- Lead management: You keep your contacts structured in the CRM (HubSpot) and keep track of your pipeline.
Requirements
- Sales experience: You have already gained B2B outbound sales experience or are eager to start.
- Strong communication skills: You quickly build conversations, inspire others, and have a high affinity for telephony and closing deals.
- Persistence: A "No" motivates you to stay committed. You work goal-oriented and do not easily get unsettled.
- Fluent communication: You communicate fluently in German and are confident in English, both spoken and written.
