Junior Sales Development Representative – B2B Outbound (Focus bKV)
Work with us to build digital solutions for health and the everyday working life of employees. This role is part of our B2B sales team and focuses on outbound outreach to companies with an emphasis on company health insurance (bKV).
Our product
We focus on the fast-growing market of company health insurance (bKV) as a strategic instrument for employers. Our app-based solution combines traditional health services with digital services and complementary lifestyle benefits.
For companies, this means among other things:
- Support in managing increasing sickness absence
- Strengthening employer attractiveness
- A structured, digitally usable health offering for employees
You will therefore not be selling a single product but a strategic health instrument in a B2B context.
Your role
You are responsible for the first step in the sales process and arrange qualified meetings with HR decision-makers and company executives. You play a central role in outbound outreach and lay the foundation for successful customer conversations.

Daily work
Typical tasks include structured outbound calling to approach new companies, identifying and contacting relevant stakeholders, arranging qualified online and phone meetings, building contact chains and follow-up calls, and documenting activities in HubSpot.
How we measure success
Success is measured by the quality and reliability of arranged meetings, clean and structured CRM work, and the development of your conversation skills. Your work is measurable and we provide clear expectations and regular feedback.
Your profile
We are looking for candidates with at least one year of practical experience in telephone B2B outbound, confident use of call scripts, a structured, reliable and independent working style, high motivation to learn our product and its strategic benefits, and interest in a long-term sales career. This position is aimed at candidates with prior outbound experience.
Development & collaboration
You will work closely with the management team and gain direct insight into the sales process. We offer practical onboarding (learning by doing), regular feedback and call analyses, and a perspective to advance to Sales Manager with good development.
Compensation & benefits
Compensation
- Fixed salary from 2,700 € gross per month (depending on experience)
- Additional performance-based commission
