YAS.life is a young but established company based in Berlin. We develop digital innovations for health prevention and follow our mission #changehabits daily.
With our innovative product YAS.beneFit for companies, we combine employee health with gamification. YAS.beneFit is the first app-based corporate health insurance offering lifestyle benefits and mental health packages. Using our app solution for a healthy life, HR departments motivate their employees with real monetary benefits and create space for employer branding.
Based on performance-based compensation, you will have the opportunity to develop your career as an independent insurance expert alongside your other clients.

Your Tasks

  • You independently acquire your customers and convince them in your own way.
  • You sell our corporate health insurance (bKV) as a digital product to B2B clients, including our lifestyle and mental health offering as an upsell opportunity.
  • After contract closure, you enjoy your commission and hand over your customers to our Key Account team.

Requirements

  • Big numbers do not scare you but motivate you.
  • You have the permission according to §34d GewO for the sale and mediation of insurance (bKV) or an equivalent qualification in the insurance field and are allowed to independently advise customers on insurance.
  • You are familiar with corporate health insurance (bKV) and believe that health offers truly benefit people and companies.
  • You work independently and customer-oriented in fluent German.
