The platform, called brite, serves as a digital product and therapy companion for patients, eliminating the need for multiple apps across treatments.
The company partners with 8% of the German pharmaceutical industry, including market leaders, SMEs, RX, OTC, and Medical Device manufacturers across more than 30 indications. XO Life is expanding its model to other EU countries, including the Iberian market.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Sales Manager to cover the Iberian pharmaceutical market. The candidate should have an established network in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong can-do attitude. Passion for innovation and the ability to advocate the value of the brite platform are essential.
The role involves market expansion through identification of new business opportunities, relationship building with pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers, executing sales strategies to exceed targets, tracking performance metrics, and staying aware of market trends and competition.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships within the Iberian pharmaceutical sector to ensure swift market penetration for the brite solution.
  • Leverage existing connections and build new relationships with key stakeholders including pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor industry developments and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Track sales metrics and use insights to refine strategies for predictable and sustainable results.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
  • Performance-based attitude with eagerness to succeed in a variable compensation model and openness to rapid career growth.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Results-driven with a hunter mindset and history of exceeding quotas.
  • Established connections within the pharmaceutical sector and ability to build high-level relationships.
  • Degree in scientific or management disciplines (e.g., Pharmacy, Management) or equivalent industry experience preferred.
