Who we are looking for
In this role, you are responsible for creating high-quality medical content, including patient-centered articles, stories, videos, and structured questionnaires. You will also editorially manage existing content, support the professional care of our communities, and handle communication with clients from the pharmaceutical industry. You will not work alone but be supported by a dedicated and experienced team with expertise, experience, and proven processes. We place great importance on collaboration and mutual exchange – for strong content and sustainable impact.
You bring a deep understanding of medical contexts and can communicate these clearly, creatively, and appropriately for the target audience. Your clinical experience will help you recognize relevant content, prepare it practically, and design it in a user-oriented manner. You share our enthusiasm for digital innovations and see the added value that the brite platform creates for patients and the health industry. Our goal is to establish digital patient support as a new standard in healthcare – and you can be a central part of this.
We are looking for you part-time (at least 20 hours/week) – completely remote. If you work structured and goal-oriented, can communicate medical knowledge empathetically and understandably, and remain solution-oriented and motivated even in difficult situations, we look forward to your application.
Your tasks
- Creating new patient-friendly content: You create understandable, empathetic, and medically sound articles, stories, and videos that support and accompany patients in everyday life. You bring creative ideas and are willing to learn or further develop the use of design and content tools (e.g., Canva).
- Managing our brite communities: You contribute your medical knowledge to the care and development of our digital patient communities. You ensure content quality and professional accuracy – and actively supervise the exchange within the communities to ensure a safe and helpful space for patients.
- Developing medical questionnaires: You design scientifically sound and user-friendly questionnaires to collect patient-relevant data and therapy experiences.
- Communication with pharmaceutical companies: You are the professional contact for our partners from the pharmaceutical industry and support the content preparation of digital therapy support on the brite platform.
- Continuous personal and professional development: You stay medically and communicatively up-to-date – and we actively support you through training offers and collegial exchange in the team.
Your profile
- Experience: You have a recognized medical license in Germany (or an equivalent qualification) – ideally supplemented by clinical experience in direct patient care. This practical perspective helps you create patient-related content with medical depth and relevance.
- Communication skills: You excel in strong communication skills – written and oral, in German and English. You can convey complex medical content clearly, empathetically, and appropriately for the target audience.
- Can-do mentality & structure: You work in a structured, goal-oriented manner with high responsibility. You face challenges with perseverance, solution-oriented thinking, and the goal to successfully implement both your goals and the mission of our brite platform.
- And - You are a team player: You appreciate open exchange, enjoy working in an interdisciplinary environment, and actively contribute to the development of our content and processes – always with the strong brite team by your side.
