We're seeking a relationship-building champion as Client Relationships Manager who thrives in project management and wants to celebrate client success stories. You'll play a crucial role in onboarding new clients and ensuring they unlock the full potential of our platform.

This position is a full-time role (40 hours per week) and is 100% remote.

Client Onboarding: Be the friendly and confident face that welcomes new pharmaceutical clients into our world. You'll manage smooth, engaging onboarding experiences that set everyone up for success from day one.

Project Success Management: Guide exciting projects from start to finish, celebrating milestones along the way and ensuring our clients are thrilled with the process. Think problem-solving meets relationship building.

Account Management: Become the go-to person your clients genuinely look forward to hearing from. You'll be their trusted advisor, growth partner, and biggest advocate.

Cross-functional Project Management: Work with our amazing internal teams (seriously, they're great) to deliver seamless experiences and innovative solutions.

Performance Monitoring: Keep track of all the progress and celebrate those wins - both big and small - with metrics that matter.
