Who We're Looking For
We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner, MD, or DO to join our provider team (Hemlock LLC). You must be licensed to practice telemedicine in at least 15 synchronous telehealth states. Weekend 1099 providers are for Friday, Saturday and Sunday's and are available for 20 hours.
What You'll Do
- Conduct consultations via phone, video, or asynchronously based on state telemedicine regulations, only within full-practice states.
- Provide exceptional patient care by using our custom EMR: evaluate patient records, diagnose, prescribe medication, and make lifestyle recommendations.
- Follow best practices and company-specific policies to accurately diagnose and treat patients.
- Foster an inclusive, non-judgemental environment by communicating compassionately with patients in our patient portal and answering patient questions related to care.
This Role Could Be A Good Fit For You
- You have at least an additional 15 active independent state licenses in good standing, including AR, WV, DE, DC, KS, RI, VT.
- You have completed an accredited FNP or WHNP program with national certification.
- ANCC board certification is required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in primary care or reproductive care.
- At least 1 year in-person primary care experience.
- At least 1 year of telehealth or virtual care experience, preferably in a start-up environment.
- Comfortable using online tools and technology to deliver high-quality care and communicate with patients.
Visa sponsorship or transfer is not available for this position. Must be authorized to work in the country stated in this requisition.
