Site Merchandising Manager
Since 2018, Wisp has been on a mission to put healthcare back in patients’ hands. We connect patients with hassle-free sexual and reproductive care online, providing discreet and convenient treatment that saves time, money, and stress. We are a growing, fully-remote team in the United States looking for collaborators who are committed to our mission and excited to build something amazing.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Site Merchandising Manager to join our E‑Commerce team. You will serve as the operational lead for site merchandising, product launches, promotional initiatives, and feature rollouts across Wisp’s DTC telehealth platform. You are organized, detail-oriented, and bring a strong customer-journey lens to every launch.
What You’ll Do
- Own site merchandising execution across homepage, category, and product pages—keeping promotional placements accurate, content fresh, and the customer experience high-performing.
- Lead on-site execution for new product launches end-to-end: coordinate page creation, asset placement, promotional messaging, and launch-day readiness with New Product Launch, Brand, and Design teams.
- Manage the e-commerce intake queue—triage ad hoc requests, coordinate with stakeholders, support prioritization of larger site enhancements, and maintain clear timelines and status visibility.
- Create, test, deploy, and monitor promo codes across campaigns; ensure correct implementation at checkout and troubleshoot issues with Engineering.
- Lead QA and UAT for all site updates, launches, and feature releases—develop testing checklists, document bugs, and validate functionality across desktop, mobile, and key customer flows.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on new site features, representing marketing execution needs, supporting post-launch validation, and contributing to onsite discoverability and SEO/AEO improvements.
Qualifications & Fit
- 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, growth operations, or site management, preferably in DTC or direct-to-patient environments.
- Hands-on experience managing site updates within a CMS or e-commerce platform and owning QA or UAT processes for customer-facing launches.
- Exceptionally organized—able to manage multiple concurrent launches, track moving pieces across teams, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering and translating execution needs into clear requirements.
- Analytical mindset and experience interpreting e-commerce metrics (conversion rate, AOV, engagement, merchandising performance) to recommend improvements.
