About the Role
As Principal Product Manager, you will own the vision and evolution of Wellth's user acquisition and enrollment platforms. You will work closely with acquisition marketing, enterprise marketing, data engineering, software engineering, and support. The role focuses on improving enrollment rates, retention, and unit economics while incorporating new AI-driven channels (SMS, voice, chatbot).
What You'll Do
Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of current acquisition marketing workflows and evolve the platform to support new workflows, channels, and AI.
- Ensure marketing activities capture quality data and that data flows to the appropriate infrastructure.
- Create reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing performance and identify opportunities.
- Track A/B tests and identify winning results for full implementation.
- Connect and integrate platforms such as Customer.IO, Salesforce, and in-house AI tools.
- Identify opportunities to replace rules with data-driven models and to automate manual work.
- Analyze and streamline support workflows across SMS, voice, and in-app chat; build a vision and own the internal support platform.
- Help drive improvements to the AI chatbot and collaborate with member support and acquisition teams to translate insights into product solutions.
- Be the front line for questions or issues with acquisition and support platform operations and ensure product changes are well communicated and documented.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications and attributes:
- 5+ years experience as a product manager with experience in marketing and/or support workflows and tools.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to make decisions from quantitative and qualitative research.
- Experience launching A/B tests and product experiments preferred.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on driving results beyond launching features.
- Enthusiasm for organizing and building out user journey content and a platform mentality to build scalable products.
- Hybrid role based in the Marina del Rey office with an expectation of being onsite roughly 3 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred experience includes expertise in health data (quality and cost-related measures) and familiarity with multiple enterprise-class marketing and support platforms.

Salary & EEO
Base Salary: $170,000 - $240,000 per year.
