About the Role:
As a Member Support Specialist you will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment at a healthcare startup with a positive social impact. You will be on the front lines of the Member experience, supporting Members with questions or technical issues related to the Wellth program.
Primary responsibilities include taking calls through the Wellth Helpline, answering emails, sending text messages, monitoring Member adherence, alerting medical care teams when needed, and making outreach calls to help non-adherent Members get back on track.
Location and Hours:
Remote (United States).
Full-time position. Weekday and weekend availability required: 9:00 am - 8:00 pm ET. Flexibility with scheduling is encouraged and accommodated where possible.
Compensation:
$18.00/hr. Full benefits for qualifying full-time employees.
Required Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to simplify information and communicate effectively, verbal and written
- Strong time management skills
- Empathy, patience, and sensitivity to member needs
- Tech savvy, familiarity with Android and iOS and digital tools (e.g., CRMs)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional
- Strong problem solving and attention to detail
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
