Job Description

This role is primarily responsible for generating revenue and developing new business through a consultative selling process with payers and large health plans. You will develop and execute strategic plans to sell directly and via broker and consultant channel partners, working closely with co-founders and the C-suite. The work you do will directly improve millions of people’s lives through lower drug costs.

Primary Responsibilities

Achieve Organizational Growth Goals
  • Sign clients and prospects to contracts for Waltz services.
  • Track prospect status and move clients through the sales lifecycle.
  • Identify and address barriers to growth and offer solutions.
  • Lead analytical and proposal requests for prospects.
Grow the Waltz Health Sales Pipeline
  • Create sales strategies to prospect and engage new accounts.
  • Develop new partnerships and reseller agreements.
  • Aid resellers in upselling.
Expand Industry Footprint and Brand
  • Represent Waltz Health at conferences, webinars, and executive forums.
  • Partner with Marketing to produce thought leadership content for PBMs and health plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years PBM/Pharmacy or Health Plan experience.
  • 3-5 years Sales or Product experience.
