What You Do
- Help out: You make a customer feel heard, that their concerns matter, and that you’ll do your best to meet their needs.
- Keep calm: You can navigate a tough situation with a calm, level head. You know just what to do in the heat of the moment.
- Handle pressure: You work well under pressure, taking on each obstacle at a time, prioritizing and re-prioritizing as you go.
