Responsibilities

Your mission at voize:

• Take on the central responsibility for the development and technical implementation of our Android apps (Kotlin & Jetpack Compose).
• Develop features that noticeably ease the everyday life of users and bring them to market, from ideation to implementation. We iterate and ship quickly.
• Design the voize SDK and enable partners to seamlessly integrate our AI technology.
• Enjoy working closely with the founders and customers, translating requirements directly into creative and efficient solutions.
• Accompany the entire development cycle: from the concept phase through testing to user feedback.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end Android development with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Experience developing SDKs or Developer Tools.
• Strong knowledge in Git, CI/CD processes, and testing frameworks.
• An eye for design and the ability to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills to work with customers, partners, and our team at eye level.
• Fluent German and English at the C1 level.

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge in Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform.
• Experience with iOS development, TypeScript, or React.
• Interest in backend development with Kotlin or DevOps topics like Docker.
