Account Executive - Sales for AI Startup (m/f/d)

At voize, we are revolutionizing care and automating documentation with artificial intelligence (AI). With voize, caregivers can freely record the documentation on their smartphones, and our AI automatically creates the correct structured documentation entries. This saves each caregiver 18 minutes a day while significantly increasing documentation quality.

In addition to healthcare, voize is also used in other industries such as TÜV.

We are a dynamic team funded by YCombinator and Redalpine, aiming to combine cutting-edge technology with social value.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads, actively acquire new customers, and build long-term and trusting customer relationships
• Conduct product presentations and negotiate with potential customers to achieve sales closures
• Analyze the market and competitors to develop sales strategies and identify sales potentials
• Work data-driven with dashboards and reports and communicate directly with the founders.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize the sales process

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with B2B customers
• A sales mentality and enjoy speaking with people
• A high willingness to travel and excitement about direct human contact (customer events, trade fairs, team events)
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
• Understanding how startup companies operate and an eagerness to help build voize
• Outstanding communication skills, fluent in German and proficient in English
• Proficient with Hubspot, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion
