About the Job
Clinical responsibilities include:
- Direct patient care in virtual synchronous clinic visits during clinic hours M-Sat 7am to 10 pm EST
- Timely patient follow-up including case consults, responding to patient messages, and calls
- Reviewing test results and ensuring proper patient notification compliant with practice standards
- Chart note documentation and billing completed within 24 hours of patient visit
- Participation in weekly clinical meetings
- Participation in group practice environment offering guidance and support
What You'll Need
Requirements
- Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in women’s health with prescriptive authority and independent practice license in good standing
- Minimum of 1-2+ state licenses (additional licenses welcome)
- Board certification in a related specialty (adult, family, midwife, women’s health, etc.)
- DEA License
- Confidence in learning new technology and clinical knowledge
- Ability to learn and adapt to a supportive treatment philosophy
- Ability to appear on camera via video conferencing tools
Preferred
- Commitment to seeing patients at least 15 hours a week (more welcomed)
- Some Primary Care experience in addition to Women’s Health expertise
- Knowledge of the Athena EMR
- Additional language capabilities
