About the Job
Clinical responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care in virtual synchronous clinic visits during clinic hours (Mon-Sat 7am-10pm EST)
- Timely patient follow-up including medical consults, responding to messages, and phone calls
- Reviewing test results and notifying patients according to standards
- Completing chart notes and billing within 24 hours of visits
- Participating in weekly clinical meetings
- Contributing in a group practice environment with guidance and support
What You'll Need
Requirements
- Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in women’s health with prescriptive authority and independent practice, licensed in good standing
- Minimum of 1-2+ state licenses (additional licenses welcome)
- Board certification in a related specialty (adult, family, midwife, women’s health, etc.)
- DEA License
- Confidence in learning new technology and expanding clinical knowledge
- Ability to educate and support patients
- Comfortable with video conferencing for patient visits
Preferred
- Commitment to seeing patients at least 15 hours a week, more is welcome
- Some primary care experience beyond women’s health
- Knowledge of Athena EMR
- Additional language capabilities
