The clinical team prioritizes a trauma-informed approach to care, balancing evidence-based care with patient preferences, commitment to excellence in delivery, use of recent evidence for treatment, and a collaborative care team supporting each other like a group practice to deliver the best care.

Clinical responsibilities include direct patient care in virtual synchronous clinic visits during M-Sat 7am to 10 pm EST, timely patient follow-up work, reviewing test results, chart note documentation and billing within 24 hours, weekly clinical meetings, and participation in a group practice style environment offering guidance and support.

Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in women’s health with relevant certification and prescriptive authority in good standing without discipline history, 1-2+ state licenses (additional welcome), board certification in related specialty, DEA license, confident learning new technology, ability to educate and support patients, and ability to appear on camera via video conferencing tools.

Commitment to seeing patients 15 hours a week minimum, some primary care experience, knowledge of Athena EMR, additional language capabilities.
